KARAOKE AND BEER

Monday (30.3.09) night after work, went karaoke and drinking with Ivan, Wending and Dex. They won a lot money in bets. Ivan won $700+. Damn Envy. Ivan buy us supper at Mongkok TimSum. We ate a lot. Haha.

HOT STONES

Change new rule in kitchen now. Take turn rotation for hot and cold kitchen. I used to be a permanent resident in cold kitchen, now need to switch every day. Hot kitchen is really damn hot!. The stove, the oven etc.. Boring.

Hot Kitchen -

1. Prepare soup, sauce, sides dishes, salad etc.
   
2. Cook pasta.
3. Cook Steaks and Seafoods
4. Out Sides dishes like Fried Rice / Mashed Potato
5. Deep Fried food.
   
6. Out hot stones.
7. Out deserts

Cold Kitchen (Air-Condition)

1. Prepare herbs ( Themes and Rosemary )
2. Portion Meats into specified weight.
   
3. Trim Beef fats and other meats.
4. Cut meats into pieces before serve.
   
5. Marinates Steak and Seafood.
6. Prepare Sashimi.

STEAM

Steamboat at Zhen Huang on Sunday(29.3.09) with Ivan, Jolene, Lex and Vivian. Lots of foods!. Damn full. And I had learn a new English word from Ivan. STEAM!

After steamboat, then Mahjong three rounds. Damn lucky at the start then downhill. In the end, i lost. Hai. Mahjong till morning then cab home.

MY CUTE SISTER

Before i left home on Sunday(29/3/09), my sister threw her temper at me. I'm damn angry and left home. However, when i reach home next morning, i saw a lots of cute little notes saying sorry. Actually, i forget everything when i reach home that morning but it really made me smile.

Did u all know about the Earth Hour?. Actually, not much people know about it. Its on the 28 of March, 830pm to 930pm. The whole world is participating. We should more of this earth hour sooner. Like once a month or what. To protect the earth.
